Concept
The progression from concept to design is a crucial stage in any project - we listen first then act! This has to be a merging of minds between ourselves and our clients from which is formed the basic structure to go forward.

	Once briefed we will set out our initial design proposals utilising the latest technology but combined with the more traditional artists impressions, mood boards and sketches.
	With the initial design proposals accepted, we will then develop these into a clear visual presentation for our clients, in order that they can make informed decisions and progress to the next stage with confidence.
	We will provide full specifications and a breakdown on costs for our clients. This clarity we find leads to a more open and trusting relationship.
	At this stage we will provide a detailed program of works to ensure that the project completes on time and equally important on budget.
	Organisation, supervision, and coordination are the key words here. We pride ourselves in providing a professional and efficient service to allow the project to procede as smoothly as is humanly possible.
	Once all the site works have been completed, we will then meet with our clients to ensure that they are entirely satisfied with the finished product.
	As a progressive company, we will always follow up on any project, to gauge the level of satisfaction from our clients. This we feel, is essential in our own development and ensures our clients of our commitment to them.
